The front desk staff was incredibly supportive during my stay helping me find nearby attractions and giving great recommendations. The indoor pool area was well-maintained and offered a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. I also appreciated the clean breakfast area that made it easy to start the day right.

The mattress in my room felt worn out and could use an upgrade for better sleep quality.

I stayed here for a quick overnight before a flight. The check-in was super smooth, and the staff were really friendly! Breakfast was decent too, just some eggs and sausage. But man, the rooms were pretty worn down and old. The bathroom was tiny, and the microwave looked straight outta the 90s. Wouldn't pay too much for this place again.

It was just an optimal selection for a hurried visit in Aurora with great value-to-price ratio. The employee was super helpful when they quickly arranged a last-minute airport pick-up for my relatives. Make sure to check if they offer free parking.

All of these issues didn’t quite align with expectations typically associated with Ramada properties.
